About me
While I studied accounting in university, but colors spoke louder than numbers. Clutching a master’s offer from HKU, I ditched spreadsheets for a one-way ticket to Tokyo—and my design life began.
For seven years, I trained like a craftsman there. I wove the delicate folds of origami into logos, infused the hues of Hokusai’s ukiyo-e into posters, and found beauty in konbini onigiri wrappers. Tokyo taught me to find art in the fleeting — where crowded subways flow like rivers, and every moment holds a quiet grace.
I still see the world through a designer’s lens: studying shampoo bottles at stores, sketching ingredient’s patterns, even judging takeout boxes. In a world of mass production, I believe our job is to plant little surprises— like hiding secret notes in everyday life.
